The job of Sales Development Rep is to assist in the growth of Micro Solutions through client and prospect outreach. Providing solutions for businesses Information Technology and Cybersecurity needs.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Increase the current client base
  • Generate leads
  • Determining qualified leads
  • Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone calls
  • Converting leads into clients
  • Preparing sales contracts
  • Communicating with qualified prospects either verbally or in writing throughout the sales cycle
  • Understanding and promoting the company’s products and services
  • Working with the company’s software to log customer interactions and maintaining client records
  • Coordinating sales and marketing activities
  • Preparing pricing plans, quota, and more
  • Working closely with the client service department to deliver excellent customer service
  • Generating sales reports
  • Meeting sales goals – monthly sales goals, activity goals, etc.
  • Adhering to company guidelines
  • Follow up on the customers and notify them about new offers and products released by the company
  • Close sales to the fulfillment of the client as well as the company
  • Prepare the necessary records necessary for the sale such as product information and quotes whenever needed
  • Prepare and facilitate educational events based on technology, teaching our clients and prospects while building on the reputation of the company being the experts in our field
  • Assist in marketing efforts
  • Maintain companies LinkedIn, Facebook and Website in conjunction with Ulistic the companies web hosting and development partner

Education and qualification

A college degree in sales and marketing


Must possess experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, appointment setting, sales follow up.
